Fidelity National Title Group, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.29

July 20, 2006

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 20 -- Fidelity National Title Group, Inc. (NYSE:FNT), one of the nation's largest title insurance companies and a majority-owned, publicly traded subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.29 per share. The dividend will be payable September 28, 2006 to stockholders of record as of September 14, 2006.
