First American Mortgage Solutions Integrates With LendingQB

September 29, 2016

First American Mortgage Solutions LLC completed a series of integrations with LendingQB that will provide users of the loan origination system (LOS) with access to First American’s title and settlement services for both purchase and refinance transactions.

LendingQB users also will be able to order collateral valuation, flood certification, home-equity title insurance and property ownership reports. In addition, LendingQB now offers direct access to FraudGuard, First American’s support tool that draws on public, private and proprietary data sources to deliver analytics that help lenders mitigate risk and accelerate the loan application review process. The integration allows LendingQB users to place orders for several First American products and services without leaving the LOS.

“Integrating our most popular mortgage solutions directly into LendingQB makes it effortless for lenders to select the products they trust to originate loans of exceptional quality,” said Kevin Wall, president of First American Mortgage Solutions.

The integration between First American Mortgage Solutions and FraudGuard is fully compatible with MISMO 3.3.
