Plano, Texas, November 3, 2006 - RamQuest Software, Inc. announced today that Mick Goldstein has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Business Development. Goldstein, former Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Officer at RealEC Technologies, a supplier of supply chain technology to the real estate industry, will leverage his industry experience and expertise to lead the development, sales and marketing efforts of RamQuest Software's newest initiative, Closing Market™, a digital marketplace that connects business trading partners securely, in real-time, with document and image visibility and control.

Earlier in his career Mick served as Vice President, Client Support Services for Chicago Title and Trust for 3 years, as Vice President, Client Support Services for Informative Research for 7 years. Before joining Informative Research, Goldstein owned and served as President and CEO of Mutogo Data Corporation. Goldstein is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and currently resides in Irvine, California.
