FRISCO, TEXAS - - Hall Settlement Systems announced the availability of eTitleAxis 6.0. The latest release of the Web-based system further accelerates processing capabilities for title companies enhancing their ability to adapt to changing market conditions and scale their business for success. As a hosted system, eTitleAxis facilitates the growth of its client companies by enabling efficient and effective collaboration of title and escrow companies, lenders and brokers, real estate agents, vendors, and consumers to create a competitive advantage. The newest, customer-driven features included in this release improve collaboration and transaction management among stakeholders working in different time zones and delivers enhanced recording management capabilities. Highlights of eTitleAxis 6.0 release include:

  • User Defined Time Zones - Internal and external users are now able to set a preferred time zone when viewing order history and comments. This is especially beneficial for companies that operate multiple branches, have clients and consumers interacting across different time zones, or utilizing third parties in different time zones to facilitate a transaction.

  • Recording Management - eTitleAxis users can monitor and manage the recording process at a more detailed level than ever before. Users now have better visibility to average county recording times as well as recording fees collected in comparison to paid recording costs to date. They also can manage recording activities for each individual document. Mortgages, deeds and other types of recordable documents can be tracked independently noting acceptance or rejection.

These features are among the more than 150 customer-driven enhancements made by Hall Settlement Systems since January 2005, according to Jon Allen, Hall Settlement Systems vice president, business development. This continues the company ' s commitment to enable clients to go beyond open-to-close transaction processing and gain insight into overall business performance.
