SIMI VALLEY, Calif.-- Lenders First Choice (LFC), a national provider of settlement services and title insurance, expanded its presence in the settlement services and title insurance marketplace in 2006 by adding new services and key executives. These additions, along with its ongoing commitment to providing the highest service levels in the industry, have LFC poised for tremendous growth in 2007.
In 2006, LFC released its new Equity Protector Power Tools, which provide fast and accurate mortgage processing options to home equity line of credit (HELOC) lenders. LFC also partnered with Visionet Systems to create ServiceFirst Solutions, a unique business process option that provides a one-stop resource for outsourcing loan delivery, document tracking, lien release and escrow management. This solution helps lenders and servicers save time, close more mortgages and service those mortgages more efficiently.
In 2006, Lenders First Choice expanded into a new market and increased its market share. As of August, the company provides full title insurance coverage in 42 states with the addition of licensing in Utah. The company expects to add more in 2007.
Lenders First Choice added several top executives to the management team in 2006. Dan Bailey joined as senior vice president of National Operations; Jim Brady serves as senior vice president of National Title Operations; and Kevin Banks is vice president of Marketing.
"For Lenders First Choice and our lender partners, 2006 was a year of growth, in terms of the volume and types of transactions, but also in terms of integration and interoperability," said Bill Moody, president of LFC. "Our focus in 2007 is to continue meeting the needs of mortgage lenders throughout the country by providing the industry's best service, superior technology solutions and a broad range of product solutions."
