Deadline Friday, June 22 to Volunteer for an ALTA® Committee
|June 21, 2007|
Once again ALTA is looking for employees of member companies to volunteer to serve on an ALTA Committee beginning in October 2007. The Deadline to volunteer for Committee Service is Friday, June 22, 2007.
Some Committees require specialized skills or expertise. The Public Relations Committee, for example, is comprised of individuals who perform the public relations function at their company or have significant interest in public relations. Another example: Members of the Government Affairs Committee have demonstrated interest and activity in the legislative and regulatory process.
Other Committees are "looking for a few good men" (and women) who are willing to work on behalf of the Association. Examples of these types of Committees include: Membership & Organization Committee (being willing to make membership renewal phone calls) or Education Committee (putting together an education seminar or developing questions for the Title Triumph™ board game).
