The Land Title Institute, Inc. is developing a new online course that will provide a national perspective on basic closing policies and practices and is currently seeking to hire an author to write the course text and accompanying test questions.

The closing course will include information on regional/state differences, reading and preparing closing statements, RESPA regulations, confidentiality, etc. LTI is currently seeking to hire an author to write a closing course text and accompanying test questions. The course outline, developed by the ALTA Education Committee, is attached to the Request for Proposal.
