The ALTA Real Property Records Committee wants to know what's happening in your part of the country.The industry seems to be facing a slowly closing door when it comes to open access to public records. Recent changes in the laws of several states have increased the pressure on recorders to protect social security numbers and personal privacy. That pressure runs contrary to your need for open and electronically available records!
