CLTA Adopts the ALTA® "Principles of Fair Conduct"

In order to underscore its commitment to protecting consumers rights and maintaining ethical business practices within the title industry, the California Land Title Association's Board of Governors recently adopted the American Land Title Association's "Principles of Fair Conduct."

The code of conduct, which has been adopted by over 20 state title associations and 100 title companies nationwide, represents the association's commitment to promote behavior within the title industry that serves the needs and interests of consumers.
