Location scouts out leads Neighborhood matching tool offers exclusive sponsorship of city or town

Location Inc. has launched a new level of town sponsorship for real estate agents with its neighborhood matching tool NeighborhoodScout.

The company is offering agents exclusive NeighborhoodScout sponsorships in their areas for a monthly fee.

The lead-generation program does not require a long-term commitment and does not charge referral fees, according to Location Inc. Pricing is based on town population, and only one broker or agent can sponsor a town or city.

The program also features targeted online advertising and customer access to the NeighborhoodScout search engine
