Fed Release Transcripts Of Public Hearings on Home Equity Lending

August 24, 2000

The Federal Reserve Board conducted the following hearings to gather information on the home equity credit market. These hearings were held in accordance with the requirements of the Home Ownership Equity and Protection Act of 1994 (HOEPA).

The transcripts are presented by morning and afternoon sessions as well as in their entirety.
