LandSafe Announces Credit Division Strategic Alliance With Ellie Mae(SM)

PLANO, /PRNewswire/ -- LandSafe, Inc today announced a strategic alliance with Ellie Mae, Inc. that will enable home mortgage brokers and lending institutions to have instant desktop access to LandSafe Credit services through the ePASS (electronic Processing and Submission System) Business Center, a business-to-business portal integrated with the Contour and Genesis loan origination platforms.

Michael Faine, president and chief operating officer of LandSafe, Inc., noted that the announcement is another in a series of strategic moves by the company to expand nationwide access to LandSafe products and improve the speed and efficiency of that access.

"Our partnership with Ellie Mae is a good example of how LandSafe continues to grow and improve through the integration of value-added resources with our recently expanded and upgraded technology infrastructure," Faine said. "This enhances LandSafe's ability to offer better products and services to more customers throughout the mortgage industry."

The partnership with Ellie Mae, the nation's largest provider of Internet and software solutions for mortgage originators, will allow ePASS users to order and download high-quality LandSafe credit reports directly into loan application files.

"ePASS is a natural strategic fit for LandSafe Credit," said D. Steve Boland, president and chief operating officer of LandSafe Credit Services, Inc. "ePASS is Internet based, just as the account set up, ordering and product delivery processes are for LandSafe.
