Fidelity National Information Solutions, a real estate-related information services and technology company, announced it has acquired Honolulu-based ISDI.net, a real estate-focused subsidiary of ISDI Technologies.

ISDI is an information technology, systems integration and consulting company that delivers computer products for real estate and other businesses.

"The technical team at ISDI has been focused exclusively on serving the real estate professional since 1989," said Shane Cranton, EVP of Fidelity National Info.'s real estate professional services division. "Their performance and ongoing commitment to implementation, customer service and post sales support is second to none. This deal is a winner for our customers."

ISDI's real state-related applications include eWebdesk, a PC-based work platform that combines Intranet and Internet technologies to produce a password-protected extranet-based sales agent productivity center. The company also developed ValueYourHome.com, an Internet-based real estate market analysis and valuation application.
