Stewart Mortgage Information Announces Alliance With Texas Law Firm

HOUSTON, /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stewart Mortgage Information (SMI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE: STC), has announced an alliance with Black, Mann & Graham, L.L.P., to provide post closing services to the firm's mortgage broker clients.

Black, Mann & Graham is a law firm based in Lewisville, Texas, with additional offices in Houston, Dallas and Hurst. The firm delivers prepared closing documents on residential loans for mortgage lender clients. SMI will provide Black, Mann & Graham clients with collateral file preparation and delivery, imaging, investor delivery, work investor exceptions, FHA/VA insuring, quality control, trailing docs, recordation and document retrieval.
