Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Announces Repurchase of 2.25 Million Shares Of Common Stock

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF - News), a Fortune 500 provider of products and outsourced services and solutions to financial institutions and the real estate industry, today announced that it repurchased 2.25 million shares of FNF common stock from ALLTEL, its largest shareholder, after the close of trading on April 5, 2005. The common stock was acquired at a purchase price of $31.50, a discount to the closing price of $32.45 for FNF's common stock on April 5, 2005.
