HUD Economist Questions Effectiveness of RESPA

In an article written by HUD economist Mark D. Shroder, the efficacy of RESPA as a disclosure statute is examined. The author claims there has been a paucity of study done on RESPA issues, and because of the limited sample size he relies on, deeper studies should be made.
