No committee meetings are scheduled for the Senate.

No Committee meetings are scheduled for the House of Representatives. On Tuesday January 12, 2010 the House will meet for Pro Forma Business. On Wednesday January 13, 2010 the House will vote on making further continuing appropriations for Fiscal Year 2010 on 11 bills currently in suspension. This includes honoring the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and encouraging the continued commitment to Martin Luther King, Jr. Day as a national day of service. It also includes S. 692, which provides that claims of the United States to certain documents relating to Franklin Delano Roosevelt shall be treated as waived and relinquished in certain circumstances.
