TSS Software Integrates with TitlePrep

TSS Software Corp., announced a TitleExpress integration with TitlePrep, a service of Global Data Source, LLC.

TSS’s flagship title and settlement solution, TitleExpress, now works with TitlePrep’s Order Form to streamline the title process and reduce service costs.

This integration allows TSS customers to send an order from TitleExpress directly to TitlePrep for processing. TitlePrep then sends the completed information back to the customer, which is imported using the TitleExpress Multi-order Import feature.

Barbara Miller, TSS president and chief operating officer, said the integration will enable the company’s customers to more efficiently transfer data between systems.

“In addition, the integration allows us to not only deliver the title search, but also include the typed preliminary title commitment through TitleExpres,” said Andrew Veliuona, vice president of TitlePrep.
