ALTA Discusses Draft of Combined Mortgage Disclosure Forms

With the disclosure improvement for mortgages and other financial products a top priority for the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, ALTA’s RESPA Task Force discussed a draft of its combined RESPA/TILA disclosures during the Federal Conference in Lobby Day in Washington, D.C.
