Outsourcing Firm Adds Title Veteran

Denver-based LenderLive Network Inc., which provides business process outsourcing and technology to the financial industry, announced Linda Naylor has joined the company as executive vice president of strategic implementation. Naylor is responsible for integrating the overall company strategy and implementing enterprise initiatives.

Naylor brings more than 34 years of mortgage banking experience to LenderLive having held various positions in operations, sales and underwriting. For much of her 21 years at GMAC Mortgage, she held management positions including consumer lending operations manager where she managed a staff of more than 600 associates in over 80 locations. Naylor was also a senior liaison between operations and the sales force of 2,000 associates. She worked on key strategic initiatives including the development and implementation of a state of the art LOS platform for Retail Lending. In addition, she successfully consolidated retail operations into five loans centers thereby reducing expenses and increasing efficiencies.

Naylor was with Chicago Title and then Fidelity National Title for nine years and held several senior management positions, including vice president of strategic sales and operations director of the national appraisal, title and closing services division. She also managed national accounts making up more than 20 percent of the division’s revenue, and implemented programs to enhance employee operations, decrease expenses and increase profitability.
