SoftPro Integrates With Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund

SoftPro announced the release of its integration with Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund Inc (ATGF) for policy issuance management. Agents of ATGF who use SoftPro will have free access to the integration through the SoftPro 360 business exchange platform.

“SoftPro looks forward to serving our mutual clients and help them save time, improve efficiency and make them more productive through the integration with ATGF,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro’s chief customer officer.”

With this new integration, SoftPro customers can request and receive underwriting approval through ATGF’s EPIC software. Users are also able to create CPLs, commitments with ATGF’s predefined exception and requirement clauses, policies and endorsements.

"We are excited to provide this service to our mutual customers,” said Brian Phillips, CEO of ATGF. “The integration allows agents of ATGF to generate Closing Protection Letters, Commitments and Policies through their SoftPro system, while still benefiting from the automated underwriting and title production capabilities offered through ATGF’s proprietary title production software (EPIC). It will improve accuracy and reduce the amount of time it takes to create CPLs, commitments and policies, allowing our agents to focus on growing their business.”
