Wisconsin’s Knight Barry Title Hopes New Pensacola Office is First of Many in Florida

Carol D. Eubanks isn’t planning to leave the title industry anytime soon—a fact that, at first glance, made her agency, Partnership Title Company in Pensacola, Fla., an unlikely acquisition candidate. But after learning more about Wisconsin-based Knight Barry Title Group, Eubanks took the opportunity to sell her company.
