SoftPro Integrates with Exacta Land Surveyor

SoftPro announced the release of a new integration with Exacta Land Surveyor, LLC. Ordering survey services directly through SoftPro’s business exchange portal, SoftPro 360, eliminates the rekeying of data and expedites the procurement and tracking of those services.

SoftPro users can electronically order an array of services offered by Exacta including land surveys, field management services, utility and municipal lien searches, elevation certificates and estoppel reports. With operations in Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Maryland, Texas and the greater Washington, DC and northern Virginia area, Exacta also provides vendor management services to help clients procure surveys outside of its current geographic footprint. By ordering services directly through their SoftPro 360 vendor portal, SoftPro customers save time, increase accuracy, and improve overall productivity.

SoftPro Chief Customer Officer Patrick Hempen stated, “We are pleased to provide our customers with a seamless avenue for ordering survey services directly within their SoftPro software. So many components and outside services are required for a single real estate transaction, and the SoftPro 360 portal puts those services at their fingertips.”
