Title iO Integrates With RBJ Software

Title iO, a real estate title and settlement automation and analytics platform, recently integrated with RBJ Software. The partnership allow Title iO’s signature GreenFolders office management product to integrate with RBJ’s Evolution Escrow Processing software.

“This is another step forward in expanding our footprint with production platforms,' said Ryan Whitlock, CEO of Title iO. “Our products are complementary to production systems and enhance their workflow with task automation and triggers geared towards improving the quality and timing of our customers' escrow closing activities. This partnership with RBJ is a perfect opportunity to further that goal for our real estate settlement clients.”

Independently owned since its founding in 1984, RBJ is a provider of production software and services for settlement companies. Its escrow processing software, which is designed specifically for the settlement industry, is a full-featured application designed for efficiency and security.

Title iO seeks to help title and settlement companies improve sales, lower costs, and increase efficiency through product integrations that optimize operations. Title iO’s 2020 acquisition of GreenFolders helped expand its industry footprint. GreenFolders eliminates the need for multiple systems and software that do not integrate or work well with each other, making it difficult to manage workloads. Integrating with RBJ’s Evolution Escrow Processing product will add another opportunity for title and closing companies to improve operations.

“Title iO’s product integrates perfectly with Evolution,” said Hilda Avila, RBJ’s sales manager. “GreenFolders has some big fans in the settlement industry who sing the praises of the automation and tasking features. The integration with Title iO is a great opportunity for RBJ to enhance the options of RBJ’s newest software, Evolution.”
