American Land Title Association Announces Rizolv as an Elite Provider
Washington, DC, May 15, 2015 — The American Land Title Association (ALTA) has announced that Rizolv has been named an Elite Provider. Rizolv joins 11 other companies as ALTA Elite Providers.
ALTA’s Elite Provider Program is comprised of premier service providers committed to offering comprehensive benefits to the title insurance and settlement services industry. Elite Providers promote the highest industry standards and provide effective solutions for ALTA members’ critical needs.

Rizolv is a web-based customer engagement tool that allows users to capture, manage and track customer issues and complaints in a secure environment. Rizolv customers are able to report and analyze complaints to identify opportunities to improve operations, utilize standard reports for analysis and retain detailed records of staff and customer feedback throughout the life cycle of any complaint.
As an ALTA Elite Provider, Rizolv offers ALTA members a 10 percent discount during the first year of a new Rizolv subscription. ALTA members should use code “ALTAMEMBER2015” to receive the discount.
