Bismarck, N.D., Resident Receives ALTA National Title Professional Designation
Washington, DC, November 18, 2015 — Tim L. Pearson has been awarded a National Title Professional (NTP) designation from the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry. Pearson joins 50 other industry leaders from around the United States who have earned the professional designation.
The designation recognizes land title professionals who demonstrate the knowledge, experience and dedication essential to the safe and efficient transfer of real property.*

Hollenbeck NTP. ”His work ethic and dedication to the future of the industry make him a much-deserved recipient of a National Title Professional designation. Pearson is President of First Dakota Title in Bismarck, N.D., and has more than 30 years of experience in the land title insurance industry. He frequently speaks at real estate industry events for lenders and realtors and serves on ALTA’s Government Affairs Committee and Research Committee. He is a past member of the Bismarck Board of Realtors and is a member of the North Dakota Land Title Association (NDLTA).
