Scott Chandler is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Westcor Land Title Insurance Company. He has been in the title business for over 40 years, having started as a title examiner trainee for Safeco Title in Seattle, Wash. Scott has extensive job experience at local and national levels working for several title agencies, underwriters and other national financial service companies focusing on operations, sales and management. He joined Westcor in 2006 as their Western Regional Manager tasked with bringing the new southeastern-based underwriter to the West. In 2007, he established a Western hub operation in Denver. Under Scott’s leadership and development of the West, he expanded Westcor’s regional operations to include the opening of Westcor’s operations in Idaho, California, Missouri and Texas. In 2012, he took on the role of EVP Director of Agency taking responsibility for all regional operations nationwide. Two years later, he assumed the role of COO. Scott now has responsibility for all operations coast-to-coast as well as the company's organizational growth.  Scott has been a member of ALTA for 24 years and has both the CTIS designation in Colorado and ALTA’s NTP (National Title Professional). He serves on the ALTA Board of Governors.
