Kelly is an experienced non-profit executive with a demonstrated history of project and program leadership, creating and implementing revenue-focused programs adding strategic value to the organization and broader represented industry. She loves solving a challenging puzzle and helping drive organizational effectiveness. People are always top of mind and Kelly focuses on delivering an exceptional professional experience for colleagues and customers.

Kelly has been with ALTA for more than 25 years and serves on ALTA’s Executive and Leadership Teams. She is the Association Secretary and works on a number of priorities for ALTA and the industry.

During her career at ALTA, Kelly has led several strategic projects including the initial launch of ALTA’s website and eCommerce platforms, the policy forms licensing program, and development of the ALTA Registry. Kelly provides oversight and strategic guidance to ALTA’s technology and information services departments, professional development initiatives, and the ALTA Registry.

The work she enjoys most is administering the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator for staff colleagues and providing tools to help everyone work better together.

Kelly is a graduate of North Carolina State University where she received degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. She also studied law at the George Washington University National Law Center. She received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2001.

Kelly and her husband, Rich, moved from the Washington, DC, area to Las Vegas in 2015. They enjoy hosting friends, family, and the occasional coyote.
