  The Biden Administration released a plan aimed at lowering housing costs that includes a pilot to waive the requirement for lender’s title insurance on certain refinances. ALTA ONE Hosted Agent & Abstracter Program

This program is designed to help fund the participation of small agents and abstracters at 2024 ALTA ONE. You must have a current membership and qualify as one of the following: Agent, Abstracter, or Real Estate Attorney membership with less than $650 in dues. The hosts of this program are FNF Family of Companies and ALTA's Land Title Institute (LTI).

The application process will open on July 22, 2024 and close at 4:55 PM ET on August 9, 2024. You will be notified if you have been chosen by August 16, 2024. If you are chosen, we will send you information so you can register for the conference with a special complimentary code.

We will also request your credit card information to attach to your room. This information should be provided no later than August 23, 2024. If we don't hear from you by this day, ALTA has the right to cancel. If you cancel your trip within the 30 day block for the hotel, you will be responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellation.
