Precision Reconciliation Services, Inc (“PRS”) was created in 2009 by Kenny Collier, who served as AVP and Manager for a former title insurance company’s Escrow Reconciliation Services division. Our mission is to provide escrow accounting support services, helping our customers maintain clean, current, and compliant escrow accounts in all software platforms. PRS plays an important role in providing a separation of duties and external oversight. Our services have become a necessity for businesses in our industry to protect customer funds and reduce the risk of internal and external fraud.

PRECISION RECONCILIATION SERVICES provides escrow accounting support services. We specialize in escrow account reconciliation, reporting, clean up, audit and accounting support. Our service provides a separation of duties and external oversight of your escrow accounting operations. PRS is your preferred option for managing, monitoring, and maintaining escrow accounts.
