LendingTree Inc. (NASDAQ: TREE) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with MSN HomeAdvisor to provide consumers with access to the LendingTree RealtyServices Network on the MSN HomeAdvisor Web site.

LendingTree RealtyServices enables consumers to complete one form describing their realty needs and then choose a real estate professional in their local area that best suits their situation. The LendingTree network is made up of approximately 7,000 real estate associates who represent 650 real estate companies nationwide.

LendingTree is an online lending exchange that connects consumers, lenders and related service providers. The LendingTree exchange is made up of more than 140 banks, lenders and brokers and has facilitated nearly $18 billion in closed loans.
