Software, e-Document Providers Partner To Expand Loan-Possessing Service

SettlementRoom Inc., a provider of transaction management software, today announced an alliance with Entyre Doc Prep Inc., a provider of electronically prepared and delivered loan-closing documents.

The partnership will provide SettlementRoom users with the ability to order and receive loan documents electronically without leaving their SettlementRoom Web site.

"No one should ever re-key property information, or copy, or re-fax documents that already exist in each other's systems when it can be freely interchanged over a secure hub like SettlementRoom," said SettlementRoom President to Jonathan Cutler.

SettlementRoom is an established, multi-product software company serving the title, escrow, mortgage, construction and brokerage industries nationwide.
