LandSafe today announced additional planned enhancements to its 24/7 Web portal that aim to provide faster, more efficient management of orders to its 4,000 appraisers nationwide.
The latest enhancements give EDI-compliant LandSafe appraisers the additional ability to accept or decline orders, set inspection dates and enter comments or messages regarding orders, according to LandSafe.
Introduced in January, AppraiserLink enables LandSafe appraisers to directly access work in progress, review orders by status and expedite order placement through it Web site.
LandSafe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Countrywide Credit Industries Inc. (NYSE: CCR), is a provider of real estate information and closing services.
