Investors Title Company Declares Cash Dividend to Shareholders

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company (Nasdaq: ITIC - News), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.03 per share to shareholders of record September 3, 2002, payable September 16, 2002.

Investors Title Company is a publicly held North Carolina company whose stock is traded on the Nasdaq National Market (Symbol: ITIC).
