Names Richard Mendenhall to board of directors

Fidelity National Information Solutions has named National Association of Realtors 2001 President Richard A. Mendenhall to its board of directors.

Mendenhall is a Realtor from Columbia, Mo., and is the owner of RE/MAX Boone Realty, Columbia and co-owner of RE/MAX, Jefferson City.

Mendenhall is also the chair of the Columbia Housing Authority, Homeownership task force.

FNIS CEO Patrick F. Stone said the company looks forward to the perspective that Mendenhall's industry experience will bring to the board.

FNIS provides data and technology services to lenders, real estate practitioners, settlement companies, vendors and other participants in the real estate industry. The data segment targets the information needs of lenders, originators, practitioners and residential loan servicers.

FNIS is a majority-owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, a title insurance and diversified real estate related services company.
