Fidelity Information Services Announces Several Key Wins, Enhancements

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) and its Fidelity Information Services ("Fidelity") division announced a record year in 2004 and first quarter of 2005, based on contracts and system investments.

Fidelity announced several contract renewals with established clients, including BancWest, Citizens, and Comerica, as well as new business agreements. These wins contributed to Fidelity's strong revenue growth. Additionally, Fidelity made a multi-million dollar investment to enhance its core processing and client server offerings. These enhancements were made to increase functionality, meet regulatory requirements and address industry needs.

Key wins for 2004 included a long-term information technology services contract with a financial corporation, which will leverage Fidelity's enterprise-wide, integrated suite of loan processing solutions, including customer management and interaction; deposits, retail and consumer loan servicing; mortgage servicing; and commercial lending origination and servicing.
