Investors Title Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

May 20, 2005

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.-- (BUSINESS WIRE) --J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company (NASDAQ: ITIC - News), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.04 per share to shareholders of record June 1, 2005, payable June 15, 2005.

Investors Title Company is a publicly-held North Carolina company whose stock is traded on the NASDAQ National Market (Symbol: ITIC).
