TitleSoft Announces Major Update to INTELLAservices ä Solution

ORLANDO, Fla., - TitleSoft has developed a major update to its INTELLAservices™, a Web-based customer servicing solution for real estate closings. The update, which will be released in the third quarter of this year, allows all mission critical production documents to be presented in real-time, including the settlement statement/HUD, which refreshes whenever accounting or other changes are required, up to and even during the physical closing.
With this feature, title companies will be able to eliminate re-keying/re-posting of information into static documents, which would have to be resent in traditional fashion (i.e. e-mail, fax, courier, PDF etc.), and will always have the most up-to-date figures and information at their customer’s fingertips in real-time.
