Fannie Mae Announces Hurricane-Related Special Relief Measures

February 16, 2006

Fannie Mae (Lender Letter (01-06 - 2/14/06) provides detailed guidance for hurricane-related special relief efforts, such as our foreclosure moratorium parameters and evaluation process, property preservation advances and valuation guidance, and delinquency reporting.
