Fidelity National Information Services Announces Quarterly Dividend

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE: FIS - News) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per common share. The dividend is payable March 30, 2006, to shareholders of record as of the close of business March 20, 2006.
