Investors Title Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

May 17, 2006

J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company (NASDAQ: ITIC), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.06 per share to shareholders of record June 1, 2006, payable June 15, 2006.

Investors Title Company is a publicly-held North Carolina company whose stock is traded on the NASDAQ National Market (Symbol: ITIC).
