Capital Title Will Not Pay Dividend As It Goes Through Acquisition

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) -- Capital Title Group Inc., a provider of title and appraisal services, on Friday said it would not issue a quarterly cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30.

The company is being acquired by title insurance company LandAmerica Financial Group Inc., for about $251 million in cash and stock, under a deal announced in March.
