Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company (NASDAQ: ITIC), announced hat the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.06 per share to shareholders of record March 15, 2007, payable March 30, 2007. Investors Title Company is a publicly-held North Carolina company whose stock is traded on The NASDAQ Global Market (Symbol: ITIC).
