Leimbach joins Stewart Title of California - San Diego as new division president

June 18, 2007

The Stewart Title of California – San Diego division has added Sally Leimbach as its new president.

Leimbach had most recently served for six years as San Diego County manager for New Century Title Co. Prior to that position she was the Hawaii state manager for Old Republic Title Insurance.

“My motto is simply, ‘customer service, customer service, customer service,’” said Leimbach. “It is a philosophy I live by, I feel that every associate should live by, and it is the only surefire way to increase our market recognition.

“I also intend to attract additional top talent to our office. It is important to have the right people with the right knowledge to provide ‘magnificent service’ to each customer every time they call us,” she said. “I have known Sally since the mid-1980s and respected her for her great depth of knowledge, her excellent people skills and her leadership qualities,” said Greg Grub, group president, district manager, Stewart Title of California. “We all feel very fortunate to have Sally on our team. Her professionalism and goal-oriented nature will improve the stability and focus of our San Diego office and enable them to concentrate on providing excellent service to our clients.”

Starting in real estate sales after attending Cal Poly in Pomona, Leimbach worked her way up to own a Century 21 office in Phoenix, Ariz. After establishing herself in real estate, she transitioned into the title industry in 1983. “I felt that it was a good and natural progression,” Leimbach said. “The knowledge base is common, and I developed skills that transferred well to title insurance.

“Stewart Title of San Diego has a great role to play in the local real estate economy, and I am proud to be the individual leading the team,” she said.
