The Property Records Industry will host its Annual Conference

The Property Records Industry (PRIA) will host its Annual Conference in Charlotte on July 21-24, 2007, at The Westin Charlotte hotel. The meeting is open to government and business professionals who have an interest in facilitating real estate document recordation and access to public property records, as well as current members of PRIA.
According to Conference Co-chair Carol Foglesong, Assistant Comptroller for Orange Co., Fla., “The conference programming is shaping up to be one of the best offerings, to date. It will include sessions on the most current property records “hot” topics of technology, land fraud, privacy and access and master mortgage short forms, in addition to the workgroup and committee breakout sessions where new policies, best practices and standards are developed and launched.”
