July 10, 2007
First American Title Insurance Company has announced that Pamela L. Pucci has been named vice president, county manager for Sacramento and South Placer Counties and Christine Helton-Adams has been appointed vice president, Sacramento escrow operations manager.
In her new role, Pucci will oversee the company’s operations in Sacramento and South Placer Counties, focusing on residential business development. Pucci joined First American Title in 1989 as an escrow officer in the Roseville, Calif., office, before being promoted to assistant vice president, regional new home branch manager and residential branch manager in 1998. In 2006, she was appointed vice president, Sacramento regional escrow operations manger, a position she has held until her recent promotion.
“Pamela has been innovative in each of her previous roles with First American, while maintaining the highest level of respect for producing a positive customer experience,” said Mark Sachau, division president for First American Title Insurance Company.
Helton-Adams, Pucci’s successor, joined First American in 1986, as a member of the Sacramento office’s customer service department, where she served in several capacities, including customer service manager. In 1989, Helton-Adams was promoted to the title department, where she worked for nine years, including a position as manager of the department, before transitioning to escrow.
“During the last seven years, Christine has run one of the most successful escrow desks in the Sacramento/Placer region, and has managed one of the area’s most productive branches,” said Pucci. “I am looking forward to working together to bring about the best, most efficient service for our Sacramento-area customers.”
