Investors Title Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

August 11, 2008

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., -- J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.07 per share to shareholders of record September 1, 2008, payable September 15, 2008.
