HUD Makes Tweak to RESPA Guidance

Not long after the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued its long-awaited guidance to the rules under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) that are to be implemented on Jan. 1, 2010, the agency issued an updated version of its guidance that removed one of the FAQs.
