Latest Round of RESPA Guidance Heavy With GFE Lender Concerns

On Sept. 9, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development provided another round of updates to its Frequently Asked Questions document regarding implementation of the Final RESPA Rule that goes into effect Jan. 1, 2010.
