HUD Lowers Principal Limit Factors for FHA Reverse Mortgages

HUD will cut the principal limits for its reverse mortgage program by 10 percent effective for all loans on which applications are taken on or after Oct. 1, 2009. Read on to learn if this could impact the volume of reverse mortgage transactions.
